Role-Based Access ControlOnly authorized medical concierges and assigned healthcare providers have access to patient files on a strict need-to-know basis.

Business Associate AgreementsWe execute Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with partner vendors, secure cloud hosting providers, and medical institutions.

Audit Logging & MonitoringSystem access and data transfers undergo continuous auditing to prevent unauthorized access or breach risks.
